Tryouts for the Lower Delco Lady Wildcats are held every February for girls ages 9–16. Whether you are trying out for your first AAU team or moving up within the program, here is how it works.
Who Can Try Out
Any girl in the 9–16 age range who wants to compete for a Wildcat roster spot. The club fields nine teams across the age groups, so there is a place for every committed player.
When & Where
Tryout sessions run in February, mostly at Tri-State Sports in Aston, PA. Each age group has its own session — see the current tryout schedule for exact dates and times.
What to Bring
Basketball sneakers, water, and plenty of energy. Coaches evaluate skills, hustle and court sense across drills and scrimmages.
After Tryouts
Every player is contacted with the result. Rosters are then announced on the site — see the 2015 selections for an example of how that looks.
